  2. Please please please stop saying "if you want it harder" it's hard enough NO more than enough I swear!

  3. Please help! Those exercises are kind of too tought for me but i really want to lose weight! >.< Should I start with something easier or just keep doing this?

  4. I've been doing it for about two weeks now (4-5 times a week). I do a normal cardio program with this on those days. Only slight changes to the butt and thighs, nothing extreme. I'm hoping week 3 and 4 will bring better results.

  5. With all the exercises I do I struggle to suck my belly in and concentrate my breathing any help please? :)

  6. I had to stop quite a lot cause i got low stamina and my heart was beating so fast i thought i was going to faint.
