Healthy Bodybuilding Meal! This salmon recipe is not only easy to cook but is loaded with nutrients. It contains a great source of omega 3 fatty acids as well as protein from the salmon, a ton of micronutrients, vitamins and minerals from the spinach and tomatoes and is even low in carbs. If you want to add more carbs you can just throw in a cup of rice or some potatoes as well!

  2. The problem with cooking with aluminium foil at high heat is that the aluminium is absorbed into the fish, and can cause aluminium toxicity which can lead to many health issues like alzheimers.

  3. the "shiny side" of the aluminium paper should never touch the food. that is the reason why it sticks to the food after done cooking. to prevent that make sure that the "none shiny side" of the aluminium paper doesn't touch salmon 🙂 turn the papaer the other side.
