  1. I love your channel! I'm in the process in losing weight. I don't mind running but u hate lifting weights. I've been looking into hooping. And I'm glad I ran into ur channel. My underarms (triceps) and stomach is what a really need to work on. Hopefully hooping will help me out! :)
