  1. I eat white rice pretty much everyday and i'm not overweight nor do I have a lot of belly fat.

  2. No foods speed up metabolism including green tea. Ask any nutritionist. You will loose weight in a caloric deficit regardless of what you consume. You also do not gain abdominal fat over fat on different body parts from eating specific foods. You also cannot gain muscle in a caloric deficit regardless of what bias studies you hear of on the internet. You are like the female Mike Chang.

  3. My problem and I think almost everyone has this problem is that I don't like to do exercise and I love food SO MUCH and I never can keep going with my diet… I hate it. I want to be fit and I can't.

  6. I just recently came across your videos and I think they are great! However dude to my injured foot I can't do any cardio exercise. The pain reliever meds also gains weight. I eat really heathy already but I am constantly gaining weight. I do follow your videos for core and muscle training only. However no matter what I do I can;t beat off those weight gained from the pills. I need help! Please let me know what i can do, Since my foot injury I have gained 20lbs and i feel aweful. I contniue to do at least one hour of training everyday but not working. What would you recommend me to do? Thanks so much!!
