  1. I avoid the more exotic sushi rolls and stick to California and shrimp tempura rolls. It got me through my first trimester.

  2. I'm incredibly sick of "experts" saying that you can't eat raw eggs when pregnant. YOU CAN, AND YOU SHOULD — IF THEY'RE ORGANIC!!! 70% of the brain is made of saturated fats (which are ALL good for you, btw — aside from the MYTHS you've heard from the industrialized mainstream media). If you have a calcium deficiency, do you avoid calcium? NNNOOO!!! So if your brain, testosterone, ventricles, cartilage, etc are made of cholesterol, do you stay away from eggs??!! NNNOOOOO!!! People MUST do their OWN research and avoid something simply because they just hear it on TV all the time…. TV is corrupt. Eat organic raw eggs — just youtube it…. then keep youtub'ing it!!

  3. I eat mussles & clams all the time, (I make sure it's fully cooked) & my baby is due in 3 weeks & is completely fine.

  4. The photo of what is supposed to be sushi here is actually kimbab. Kimbab does not have raw fish in it but instead cooked veggies and egg and ham it's rather nutrient for pregnancy. 

  5. Under educated individuals should not be telling people what to do, and creating unnecessary fear and stress to pregnant mothers. Although it is true that we shouldn't consume large amounts of caffine, it is perfectly safe to consume 200mg a day, which is 12oz drip coffee, tea and soda only have about 25mg. It is also true that we should eat food that have been cooked and cleaned. This video is not accredited in the least. Ladies please educated yourselves through remediable sources. 

  6. Nope I'm not gonna stop eating sushi… But the sushi I get has cooked crab and smoked salmon so it's not completely raw and my baby is just fine 

  7. It's synthetic vitamin A that's bad and not the natural one that comes with whole food consumption. 

  8. Sorry but this video is absolutely bullshit. only things as liver and TOO much of egg is to be avoided… My doctor told me that this is an absolute waste of time.. says while eating sushi

  9. Lunch meat and salad got me through my first preg just fine my son is beyond healthy. Now im on my second (3 months preg) and going well

  10. Most towns and cities in the USA fluoridate their water supply. 33 studies have shown that fluoride in tap water significantly lowers the IQ of children. Please only give your children DISTILLED water, which has no fluoride. Fluoride is more toxic than lead. No amount of it is good for a child or an adult.

  11. I ate sushi almost everyday my first and second pregnancy and my children are beautiful and healthy and also likes sushi. Just avoid the tuna. sushi is really healthy for the child. (raw salmon <3) and avocado, olives and lots of vegetable.
